Shipping Information - Kelly Kettle Canada
We ship all orders within 1 working day (Monday - Friday) from our Warehouse in Vancouver.
Delivery/Transit times are normally between 4-10 working days (Tracked) on all Kettle and Kettle 'Kit' Orders.
Orders placed over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (unless it's a Bank/National Holiday). Bank Holidays are not working days.
Smaller items are shipped standard mail - usually No Tracking. So, please allow between 7-14 working days for these smaller items to be delivered.
We will supply you with tracking infomation once the order has shipped.
After you add product(s) to the shopping Cart, 'Update Shopping Cart' and then enter your Province & Post Code to get the total shipping charge.
If happy, select the rate/service and 'Proceed to Checkout'. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
NOTE: Where possible, please provide a business address for delivery. Parcels are delivered during normal working hours and a signature is normally required. Please ensure there is someone at the deliver address to receive the parcel.
